It seems a long time since I have been outside with my camera, at least 10 weeks I think and while I have had some fun getting creative with macro photo projects in the meantime I have been desperate to get outdoors.
I have been going out in the evenings for a walk a few times a week but I haven't taken my camera with me and that has been tough.
Yesterday I took a walk to a nearby pond, that I had forgotten was even there. I enjoyed being out, surrounded by the sounds of birdsong and although there wasn't much to photograph I made friends with this cahp and he was happy to pose for me.
