Today's images were taken during the evening in Barcelona. I have posted a lot of pictures of flowers recently and I have been focusing on the minute detail of things, so today I have decided to go for something much grander and I have gone for the industrial landscapes. I like the scale and the regimented line of cranes. I also think these pictures work well in monochrome.
Day 5 of small things...
Obviously these pictures are of match heads, I chose the first one to show uniformity and in the second picture I like to one match slightly out of line. I chose the third picture to show the slightly "deformed", upturned match head which contrasts with the other neat tips.
I'm not sure there is much else I can say about these pictures. Tomorrow will be the last of the small things series and will be more about form...
